All Summer Rec forms and payment must be submitted to the Town Clerk's office by 12:30 pm on Thursday, July 2, 2026. If your forms are not in by then, your child will not be able to attend REC on July 6th. NO REGISTRATION WILL HAPPEN ON THE FIRST DAY. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you are not able to make it to Town Hall during the Clerk's hours, you may drop the paperwork in the drop box by the front door or mail it to: PO Box 87, Machias, NY 14101.
